SUNSETTING OF GALAXY REWARDS PROGRAMME
1. When is the Galaxy Rewards programme ending?
The Galaxy Rewards programme will officially conclude on 31 July 2025. However, point redemptions will stop from 15 May. This means:
- Members will no longer be able to earn or redeem points.
- No points will be awarded for new sign-ups with immediate effect.
2. Why is the Galaxy Rewards programme ending?
We are continuously evolving the way we engage with our community. By focusing on the Annual Pass membership, we aim to deliver greater value through year-round access, exclusive perks and meaningful experiences – creating a more enriching and consistent experience for you and your loved ones.
3. What happened to my unused points?
All unused points have been upgraded and converted into Omni-Theatre movie tickets, valid for redemption until 31 July 2025.
4. How do I know how many tickets I have received?
You will receive an email in mid-May with the following details:
- Your original points balance
- Your upgraded points balance
- The number of Omni-Theatre tickets you are entitled to
You can also find your tickets in your Member’s Wallet from 22 May 2025 to 31 July 2025.
5. What shows are available at the Omni-Theatre?
Now showing:
- Star Dreaming – Follow Lucia and Max as they explore a massive telescope site and uncover ancient Aboriginal star stories in a journey across science and culture.
- Kitz the Cat’s Secret of The Space Station – In a future without humans, three evolved cats help a lonely A.I. achieve its dream of space exploration.

6. What is the expiration date for the Omni-Theatre tickets? How do I redeem the tickets?
You can redeem your Omni-Theatre tickets until 31 July 2025.
How to redeem:
Step 1. Locate your ticket under “Your Wallet”. Click “Reserve” to be redirected to our ticketing page.
Step 2. Select your preferred date, timeslot, and choice of movie.
Note: You can reserve 1 ticket at a time.
Step 3. Review your booking details at Checkout to confirm.
Step 4. Return to the Member’s portal.
Step 5. Locate your ticket in “Your Wallet” and tap “QR code”.
Note: QR code will reflect your selected date, time, and movie.
Step 6. Present the QR code on the day of your visit.
7. Can I transfer my Omni-Theatre tickets to someone else?
No, the complimentary Omni-Theatre tickets are non-transferable and tied to your membership account.
8. Can I admit my friend/ family using my free Omni-Theatre tickets?
Yes, you can use your free Omni-Theatre tickets to admit friends or family. Just make sure to redeem by 31 July 2025.
9. What is the 50% Annual Pass offer about?
Eligible Galaxy Rewards members can enjoy a 50% off promo code* to purchase any of our Annual Passes, including:
- Science Centre Annual Pass (Individual / Family)
- KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass (Individual / Family)
- Family DUO Pass (access to both Science Centre and KidsSTOP™)
This offer is exclusive to Galaxy Rewards members who do not currently hold an active Annual Pass and/or has an expired Annual Pass, and is valid for redemption till 31 July 2025.
*This offer cannot be used for Annual Pass renewal.
10. What if I am already an Annual Pass holder, e.g. KidsSTOP™? Can I enjoy this offer on the other passes?
Yes. If you are a Galaxy Rewards member with an active Annual Pass for one attraction, you can still use the 50% off promo code* to purchase Annual Pass for other attractions.
*This offer cannot be used for Annual Pass renewal.
11. I have an expired Annual Pass. Can I enjoy this offer?
Yes. If you are a Galaxy Rewards member with an expired Annual Pass, you are eligible to use the 50% off promo code.
Please note:
- You will need to purchase a new Annual Pass (this offer cannot extend or renew your expired pass).
- Purchases must be made during the promotional period.
12. One of my Annual Pass is expiring soon. Can I enjoy this offer?
You will not be able to extend or renew an existing Annual Pass using this promotion. However, as a Galaxy Rewards member, you can use the 50% off promo code to purchase a new Annual Pass during the promotional period. The new pass will be valid one year from the date of purchase.
13. What are the benefits of the Annual Pass?
Your Annual Pass gives you:
- Year-round free admissions
- Discounted admissions to other attractions & experiences
- F&B discounts at selected outlets
- Invitations to exclusive events, workshops & more

14. How do I redeem the 50% Annual Pass offer?
All eligible members should receive an email with the 50% off promo code enclosed for the purchase of the Annual Pass.
How to redeem:
Step 1. Go to “Your Wallet” and locate the 50% off promo code. Click “Reserve” to be redirected to ticketing page.
Step 2. Select your preferred Annual Pass type.
Step 3. Review your purchase at Checkout and enter Promo Code to apply the 50% discount.
Step 4. Return to the Member’s portal.
Step 5. Locate purchased Annual Pass in "Your Wallet"
Note: successful purchases will receive an e-mail notification too.
15. What comes next after Galaxy Rewards?
At this time, there are no plans to introduce a new rewards programme. Instead, we invite you to continue your journey with us through our Annual Pass – now available at 50% off for Galaxy Rewards members from 20 May to 31 July 2025.
