What is the process to obtain the Corporate Membership for my Organisation?

1. Select the package - or combination of packages - that best meets the needs of your workforce. 
2. Select your preferred start month for your corporate membership to begin. The membership will commence on the first day of your selected month.
3. Submit your completed application form and email to members@science.edu.sg for invoice processing.
4. Your Corporate Passes and the full allocation of E.S.C., Omni-Theatre or KidsSTOP™ e-tickets together with administrative instruction will be email to your HR or employee-benefits representative once the payment complete.
5. Your HR or employee-benefits representative may administer the Corporate Passes and e-tickets according to your organisation’s internal policy. 

 

Organisations may purchase more than one corporate membership and indicate their preferred start month. The current application process provides for an estimated three-to-four-week processing period. The bundled attraction e-tickets are issued to the organisation in one batch together with the Corporate Passes.

How do I submit the Corporate Membership application form?

Download the corporate membership application form and fill in your organisation, contact and billing details. Email the completed application form to members@science.edu.sg. Invoice processing period is approximately three to four weeks.

Can Science Centre Singapore Corporate Passes be used on public holidays and peak days? 

Yes. Corporate Passes may be used on Science Centre Singapore operating days, including peak days, during the one-year membership period. Separate event tickets may be required for admission to certain blackout period, which an advance notice will be provided in email to your HR or employee-benefits team.

 

Each Corporate Pass may be used once per day.  

The Corporate Pass is strictly non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded, or downgraded.

How much does a Science Centre Singapore Corporate Membership cost? 

Annual corporate membership fees range from S$3,380 for the Basic Package to S$3,980 for the Value Plus! and KidsSTOP™ packages. The E.S.C. Package is priced at S$3,780 per year.

What is included in a Science Centre Singapore Corporate Membership? 

Science Centre Singapore’s Corporate Membership packages combine Corporate Passes in e-authorisation letter, attraction e-tickets and exclusive corporate privileges. 

 

Who is eligible to use a Science Centre Singapore Corporate Pass?? 

Corporate Passes may only be used by employees of the organisation registered for the membership. The Corporate Pass is strictly non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded, or downgraded.

 

Each Corporate Pass admits one employee and up to four accompanied guests per visit to Science Centre Singapore.

How long are the Corporate Passes and e-tickets valid? 

Corporate Passes and bundled attraction e-tickets are valid for one year from the start of the Corporate Membership. 

 

Can a Corporate Membership be transferred, refunded or changed? 

Corporate Membership is strictly non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded or downgraded.

How are the attraction e-tickets issued? 

The organisation will receive its full allocation of E.S.C., Omni-Theatre or KidsSTOP™ e-tickets in a one-time issuance together with the Corporate Passes (e-authorisation letter). 

 

The e-tickets should be distributed to eligible employees according to the organisation’s internal policy. The Corporate Pass is strictly non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded, or downgraded.

What should employees present when using a Corporate Pass? 

Employees must present the valid corporate e-authorisation letter and proof of employment with the registered organisation upon entry at Science Centre Singapore.

Does employee need to make advance timeslot booking for the preferred Onmi-Theatre session?

Yes, advance timeslot booking is required as the admission remains subject to session capacity.

 

The bundled attraction e-tickets will be distributed by your organisation's HR or employee benefits representative, in accordance with your organisation's internal policy.

 

Employee with the ticket can make advance booking through the "Manage Booking" link provided in the second page of the e-tickets.

What should employees know before using E.S.C. tickets? 

A minimum of two (2) players is required to book an E.S.C. room. 

 

Employees should use two E.S.C. tickets for the booking or purchase an additional ticket before visiting. The rooms are recommended for participants aged 13 and above.

What are Science Café passes? 

Science Café sessions are held on selected Friday evenings, with different topics offered across the year. 

 

The organisation will receive 16 open-dated e-tickets for its HR or employee-benefits representative to distribute according to its internal policy and employees’ preferred visit dates. 

 

Science Café is intended for guests aged 18 and above. Topics may be more mature in nature, and alcohol may be served. The sessions may also be suitable for casual networking.

What do the Science Centre event invitations include? 

Invitations may be extended for selected non-permanent programmes, such as onsite blockbuster events. 

 

The programme or event offered will be determined by Science Centre Singapore.

Can additional attraction tickets be purchased? 

Corporate Members who have fully used their bundled attraction e-tickets may contact the Membership team to enquire about additional tickets at applicable group rates for corporate purchase.

 

Individual employee may also purchase additional individual ticket of the respective attraction at 15% discount via corporate ticketing platform. (Instructions to purchase addition individual ticket can be found in e-authorisation letter)

How can I use my Corporate Pass for Curiosity Shop Merchandise and F&B discount?
To use your Annual Pass for Curiosity Shop Merchandise and F&B discount, simply present your e-authorisation letter for staff verification at the counter before payment to enjoy the discount.

What happens if a Corporate Pass is lost? 

A replacement fee of $20 may apply for the replacement of e-authorisation letter. Please contact the Membership team for assistance.

How to book the complimentary use of the Amphitheatre for my organisation event?
Amphitheatre booking must confirm 3 months in advance and is subjected to its availability. Corporate member must email its enquiry to members@science.edu.sg with the preferred dates for the booking of Amphitheatre.
