Most visitors spend four hours here. Half a day covers the main galleries and one show. A full day adds KidsSTOP™, the Omni-Theatre and a proper lunch, without rushing.

Three ways to spend your day at Science Centre

  1. With young children: start at KidsSTOP™ (book your session first), then the Waterworks splash zone if the weather is kind.
  2. With teens: the main galleries, then an Omni-Theatre film on the giant dome.
  3. Short on time: our Young Adult Highlights route covers the best of the galleries in about two hours.

Book KidsSTOP™ sessions and Omni-Theatre showtimes ahead; both sell out on weekends and school holidays. Everything else you can decide on the day.
