TikTok STEM Video Challenge 2026

First launched in 2023, the TikTok STEM Video Challenge is back for 2026! Create a short video that shows Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math in everyday activities using items around you—and inspire fellow educators across Singapore.

 

How to Participate

Step 1 — Record Your Video: Create a short video (under 180 seconds) showing yourself carrying out a STEM activity or demonstration using everyday materials.

 

Step 2 — Upload to TikTok: Post your video with the hashtags: #STEMVidChallenge #sgteachers #teachersoftiktok #teachertok

 

Step 3 — Register Your Entry: Submit your TikTok link at for.edu.sg/tiktokstemvideo

 

Step 4 — Win Prizes!: Outstanding entries will be rewarded.

 

Who Can Join?

This challenge is open to educators across all subjects (not limited to STEM), including:

  • In-service teachers from MOE schools (Government, Government-aided, Autonomous), MOE HQ / Seconded MOE Officers, Independent Schools, and International Schools
  • Pre-service teachers from NIE
  • Members of Young Educators in Science, Faculty of Science, NUS
