Lydia will provide sneaks of UNTAME by Science Centre and show how this year’s food theme attempts to make food science digestible to everyone.
Robert Li
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, Singrass Pte Ltd.
Mr Li will be speaking on Singrass’ approach to urban agriculture. Singrass is a technology company that addresses urban concerns of indoor air quality and sustainable urban agriculture.
Talk will be conducted in Mandarin with English subtitles.

Cuifen will share a ground-up perspective of what Singapore could be as a regenerative and edible city. This includes Singapore's potential as a city with biodiverse edible landscapes and community composting locations nestled island wide.
Dr Wilson Wong
Deputy Director, Curator, Jurong Lake Gardens.
Adjunct Assistant Professor, NUS Food Science & Technology.
Dr Wilson will introduce participants to the Edible Gardens of Jurong Lake Gardens. A leading horticulturist and edible plant specialist, Dr Wilson will speak on planting style, and plant selection, as well as the purpose of the Edible Gardens and community engagement efforts.
