About International Days at Science Centre Singapore

Science Centre Singapore is committed to promoting interest, learning and creativity in science and technology through an imaginative and enjoyable experience. The International Days at Science Centre Singapore is a new initiative to create social awareness and promote the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our science activities are specially curated for visitors from aged 7 and above.

Terms and Conditions:

Present the original rewards card to earn a stamp. Each International Days @ Science Centre Singapore gets you a stamp. Redeem a token for every 2 stamps collected on the card. Tokens are not redeemable for cash or credit. The card is valid until Dec 2019. Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.

    Ever wondered how bees communicate to their fellow bees? In this activity, challenge yourself to communicate just like the bees.

    Using simple robots, with just a tiny battery and motor, we will explore how this interesting mechanism works and construct your own tiny bees, bugs, and insects that scuttle across the table.

    Patterns are all around us and of course one of the most famous patterns in nature is the beehive. Come on down and explore what makes the shape of a beehive so interesting through stamps and the concept of tessellations.
