Singapore Amazing Flying Machine Competition (SAFMC) is an exciting and unique event organised by DSO National Laboratories and Science Centre Singapore and supported by the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).

Open to all schools and students who want to explore the science behind flight and create their very own flying machines, this annual competition promises a fun-filled learning journey with special talks, workshops and live demonstrations.

SAFMC provides a unique platform for students to stretch their imagination and push their boundaries to innovate and create through designing extraordinary flying machines. The competition will also provide an opportunity to test their aerodynamics knowledge and display their passion for flight science.

The competition event is opened for public viewing during the challenge week. For a detailed competition schedule, kindly refer to the SAFMC official website.
