Annual Pass

1. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes.
2. The applicant will also receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log in to the member’s portal.
3. Log in to member’s portal to activate your pass and complete your profile.
4. For family passes, you will need to assign a profile to each member of your family. Once assigned, it is non-transferable.

To assign a profile, you will need:

• For adult profile: Name, email address, date of birth and mobile number
  Note: A mobile number is required for login and can only be used for one account.
• For child profile: Name, birth certificate/ FIN number, date of birth
  Note: No email or mobile number is required as a child’s pass is tagged to the parent’s account.

Please present and scan your QR code from your digital annual pass for admission to Science Centre and its attractions.

For KidsSTOP™ & Omni-Theatre: A timeslot reservation is mandatory for admission. You must book your slot via the member’s portal before your visit.

How to pre-book your KidsSTOP™ visit:

1. Log in to the member’s portal.
2. On the KidsSTOP™ annual pass, tap “Reserve” to go to the ticketing page.
3. Select your desired date, timeslot, and the number of adult and child tickets.
4. Proceed to check out.
5. Go back to the member’s portal and tap on your pass to view the QR code.
6. The QR code will be displayed based on your reservation. Show this upon entry to enjoy free admission.


For the Science Centre: No pre-booking is required for admission. Simply scan your digital pass at the entrance.

Free Omni-Theatre tickets

1. Log in to the member’s portal and go to “Your Wallet”.
2. Find the Omni-Theatre benefit and tap “Reserve”. You’ll be redirected to the ticketing page.
3. Select your desired date, time, number of people, and movie.
4. Proceed to checkout. The ticket price should reflect $0.
5. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful reservation.

Complimentary parking
Family Pass holders are entitled to four 24-hour parking coupons. To redeem them, visit the Visitor Service Center and present your digital pass.

Mystery gift
Visit the Visitor Service Center and show your digital pass to a staff member for redemption.

Discounted tickets for special events
Purchase discounted tickets for special events and activities (like Lazer Maze) directly through the Discount Store after you log in to the member's portal. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase. Terms and Conditions applies.

Other discounts
For discounts on retail, F&B, and experiences at Snow City and The Cliff, simply present your digital pass at the counter before payment.

You can now renew your annual pass 3 months before your Annual Pass expire. Exclusive rates for renewal of Annual Pass is applicable if you renew your annual pass within the renewal period only. 

You should receive an email before the expiry of your Annual Pass to indicate your eligibility for the renewal of your Annual Pass. You may purchase the renewal for the Annual Pass in your account when you see 
the renew button appear on the annual pass after you have logged in to the member’s portal.

General terms and conditions

• Annual Pass application is available to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and non-Singaporeans with valid permits (including Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, Work Holiday Pass, Dependent's Pass, Long-term Pass, etc.).
• Annual Pass application can be purchased online with Paynow, Grabpay, and credit card payment only. Annual Pass is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
• Annual Pass and entitlement distributed is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, with no option for upgrades or downgrades.
• Only the registered member may use the pass. Child must be accompanied with an adult supervision (18years old and above) within KidsSTOP™ premises during visits.
• All retail privileges and discounts require presentation of the digital membership card.
• Annual Pass benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
• KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass holders will not have unlimited entry during Special Event Days (tentative dates: 26 September - 11 October 2026 and 14 - 30 November 2026). Separate event tickets are required for admission during these blackout periods, which are subject to change with notice.
• Science Centre Annual Pass holders will not have unlimited entry during the special event period from 9-12 April. Separate event tickets are required for admission during these blackout periods, which are subject to change with notice.
• Science Centre Singapore and its partners reserve the right to amend or withdraw all privileges, discounts, terms, and conditions.
• Science Centre Singapore may modify any provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or programme features without prior notice.
• By proceeding with the Annual Pass application, members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments posted on the Rewards Programme webpage
• In case of discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions and other publicity materials relating to the membership, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• Science Centre Singapore maintains the right to refuse participation in the Annual Pass and Rewards Programme at its discretion.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the rights, without any liability, to introduce, amend, restrict, suspend and/or terminate any benefit, service or privilege in connection with membership Programme, even if the Member is not in breached of these Terms and Conditions.

• Applicant must provide current, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to reject applications or terminate memberships if provided information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
