Are you always rushing? Do you find yourself running out of time, all the time? 

Our first speaker will explore cosmic time and share what stars can tell us – how we read their light to determine ages and lifecycles. Our second speaker will explore our very own internal timekeeper – the circadian rhythm. Learn how this biological clock influences our sleep-wake patterns, hormone levels, and overall health and well-being. 

Telescopes will be available for stargazing as we wine, dine and celebrate three years of Science Cafés. What a time!
