About the event

Tinkerfest is an annual event that celebrates creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning. It invites visitors of all ages to explore different tools, materials, and technologies through fun and interactive activities. 

This year’s Tinkerfest invites you to explore the hidden world of Kai, a Karang Guni man, through a journey across three biomes—Land, Sea and Sky—where you will get to tinker with recyclable materials to create functional inventions inspired by the challenges and wonders of each environment.

Entrance to Kai's world opens every 30 minutes at Tinkering Studio so do arrive early to guarantee your spot as the capacity is limited. Don’t miss out on your chance to explore and create!

STEAM Exploration Workshops

Join passionate Tinkerers from Taiwan for a series of hands-on workshops exploring density, buoyancy and polarisation through fun interactive experiments!

Dates: 29 & 31 May 2025
Time: 2.30- 4.30 pm
Venue: Some Call it Science Classroom (Hall A)

About the event

Join us on an epic quest and save Scientasia! Master the 'Fire', 'Water', 'Earth', 'Metal' and 'Wind' elements from the clans and defeat the Overlord.

Activities

Complete our 4 drop-in activities and 1 bingo challenge related to the elements and collect a total of 5 unique game cards* (1 per activity station). *while stocks last

When ready, engage in the boss battle against the Overlord using your element cards! Will you emerge victorious?
