  • What is STEAM for Sustainability?

The Sustainable Development Goals are a collection of 17 global goals set by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015 for the year 2030.

This year's edition of the Singapore Maker Extravaganza explores how Makers in Singapore and the region are addressing the Sustainable Development Goals, especially in the areas of Quality Education, Good health and Wellbeing, Clean Energy, Reduced consumption and production, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Innovation and Infrastructure, etc. using Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics.

  • My project doesn't have anything to do with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Priority will be given to great projects that address the UN Sustainable Development Goals, feel free to submit great projects even if they don't address the goals specifically. The curating team will definitely consider them to showcase.
