General Terms and Conditions

• Annual Pass application is available to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and non-Singaporeans with valid permits (including Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, Work Holiday Pass, Dependent's Pass, Long-term Pass, etc.).
• Annual Pass application must be submitted online with credit card payment only. Annual Pass is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
• Annual Pass is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, with no option for upgrades or downgrades.
• Only the registered member may use the pass. Child must always be accompanied with an adult supervision (18years old and above) within KidsSTOP^TM premises during visits.
• All retail privileges and discounts require presentation of the digital membership card.
• Annual Pass benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
• KidsSTOP^TM Annual Pass holders will not have unlimited entry during selected Special Event Days. Separate event tickets are required for admission during these blackout periods, which are subject to change with notice.
• Science Centre Singapore and its partners reserve the right to amend or withdraw all privileges, discounts, terms, and conditions.
• Science Centre Singapore may modify any provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or programme features without prior notice.
• By proceeding with the Annual Pass application, members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments posted on the webpage.
• In case of discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions and other publicity materials relating to the membership, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• Science Centre Singapore maintains the right to refuse participation in the Annual Pass Programme at its discretion.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the rights, without any liability, to introduce, amend, restrict, suspend and/or terminate any benefit, service or privilege in connection with membership Programme, even if the Member is not in breached of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Membership

• Applications must be made through the Annual Pass Programme webpage or other Science Centre Singapore-approved channels.
• Applicant must provide current, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to reject applications or terminate memberships if provided information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

What is the Annual Pass about?
The Annual Pass grants adult or child passholders unlimited admission to selected attraction(s) for 12 months from the date of application upon successful payment.

Who can join the Annual Pass?
Annual Pass application is available to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and non-Singaporeans with valid permits (including Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, Work Holiday Pass, Dependent's Pass, Long-term Pass, etc.)

Are there different types of Annual Passes?
Yes, we offer various types of annual passes. Each pass has specific eligibility criteria and benefits. 

• Science Centre Singapore (Individual Annual Pass) is strictly for one (1) Adult or Child (age 3 to 12 years old) only.
• Science Centre Singapore (Family Annual Pass) is strictly for up to five (5) persons; three (3) Adults and two (2) Children (age 3 to 12 years old), or two (2) Adults and three (3) Children (age 3 to 12 years old) only.
• KidsSTOP™ (Individual Annual Pass) is strictly for one (1) Child (age 18month to 8 years old) only. Complimentary admission for one (1) accompanied adult when member make reservation for Timeslot-entry.
• KidsSTOP™ (Family Annual Pass) is strictly for up to five (5) persons; three (3) Adults and two (2) Children (age 18month to 8 years old), or two (2) Adults and three (3) Children (age 18month to 8 years old) only.
• Family Duo Annual Pass is strictly for member to access into both Science Centre Singapore & KidsSTOP™ for up to five (5) persons; three (3) Adults and two (2) Children (age 18month to 8 years old), or two (2) Adults and three (3) Children (age 18month to 8 years old).

Members must present their digital Annual Pass cards, found in the members' portal, for QR code scanning and verification at the entrance.

What are the perks and benefits of the Annual Passes?
Annual Pass holders enjoy a range of benefits, including access to the Association of Science-Technology Centre (ASTC) passport programme, one year of unlimited admission to selected attractions, exclusive membership benefits, and mystery gifts accordingly.

How do I apply for an Annual Pass?
To apply for an Annual Pass, you can register for the Science Centre Singapore & KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass online.

Annual Pass is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase.

Can I renew Annual Pass for myself and for my family member(s)?
Yes, the renewal function is now available 3 months before your Annual Pass expire.

There will be exclusive rates for renewal of Annual Pass if you renew within the renewal period for the respective Pass only.

You should receive an email before the expiry of your Annual Pass to indicate your eligibility for the renewal of your Annual Pass. You may purchase the renewal for the Annual Pass in your account when you see the renew button appear on the annual pass after you have logged in to the member’s portal. 

 Members must log in to the member’s portal for renewal.

Can I apply / assign an Annual Pass(es) to my domestic helper and/or grandparent when I purchase the Annual Pass scheme?
Yes, you can apply/assign an Annual Pass(es) to your domestic helper and/or grandparent when you purchase the Individual/Family Annual Pass scheme. The Family Annual Pass schemes are open for up to 5 family members (3x Adults and 2x Children, or 2x Adults and 3x Children only), including the main cardholder. 

Once assigned, the Annual Pass is no longer transferable. Therefore, the membership can be assigned to the grandparents and domestic helper as one of the Annual Pass members using their respective unique email address and mobile number.

A valid mobile number is mandatory for login and access to the digital pass in the member’s portal wallet.

Will I be able to use the annual pass immediately after I purchased from online?
Upon successful purchase of the annual pass online, you will receive a confirmation email within 10-30 minutes. This email signifies the start of the Annual Pass with receipt enclosed within. 

Subsequently, the main cardholder or annual pass purchaser should receive a welcome email within 5-10 minutes for their login into the member’s portal to assign the Annual Pass to the respective member(s) digital pass with their respective profile.

How do I create account and assign the annual pass to my family members?
To create an account and assign the annual pass to your family members, you must log in to the  member’s portal. In order to successfully create and assign the Annual Pass, you will need the following details to create the profile for each of the member(s) in the digital pass when viewing the Annual Pass. Once the Annual Pass is assigned to an owner, it is non-transferable thereafter.

1. Adult Annual Pass
Profile Photo, Name, Date of Birth, Email address, Mobile number. (Each mobile number can be used for one (1) email account only, and the mobile number is mandatory for login to the member’s portal for e-card and rewards.)

2. Child Annual Pass
Profile Photo, Name, Date of Birth, Birth Certificate / FIN number (first alphabet and last 4 characters). (Annual Pass assigned to a child will not require an email and mobile number as the digital card will be tagged under the parent’s account when they log in to view the annual pass.)

Do I need to book a slot for my visit to Science Centre if I have an active Science Centre Annual Pass?
With an active Science Centre Annual Pass, you do not need to pre-book tickets online for admission to the Science Centre. Simply proceed to the entrance and scan your Annual Pass QR code located in the member’s portal for complimentary admission.

You can log in to the member’s portal to access the digital annual pass and wallet for entitlement and benefits.

Do I need to book a slot for my visit to KidsSTOP™ if I have an active KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass?
Yes! With an active KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass, you will still be required to reserve a timed-entry slot for admission to KidsSTOP™. You must reserve the timed-entry slot via the Annual Pass in the member’s portal.

You can refer to Download Guide for Timeslot Reservation with your Annual Pass to guide you on the booking. After booking, please proceed to the KidsSTOP™ entrance to scan and to verify your Annual Pass QR code.

You can log in to the member’s portal to access the digital annual pass and wallet for entitlement and benefits.

Where can I purchase discounted ticket to Special event and/or paid activities (eg. Lazer Maze) happening at Science Centre?

Eligible Annual Pass holders may find the discounted priced ticket in the store with the respective activity or event during their active period.

Annual Pass member(s) can now purchase discounted ticket through Discount Store only after you have log in to the member’s portal. The confirmation email for the ticket purchased will be sent to your email.

How do I redeem my mystery gift? 
Mystery Gift is available for selected type of Annual Pass schemes only. To redeem your mystery gift, you must physically visit the Visitor Service Center to approach the staff for redemption.

Members must log in to the member’s portal to access the wallet for mystery gift redemption.

How do I redeem the complimentary Omni-Theatre Movie ticket? 

Complimentary Omni-Theatre movie ticket is available for selected type of Annual Pass schemes only.  

Members must log in to the member’s portal to access the wallet for Omni-Theatre redemption. The entitlement in the wallet will be valid for 1 year from the start of the membership and is strictly non-transferable.

Refer to the following steps for redemption:

1. Locate the Omni-theatre benefit under “Your Wallet” and tap on “Reserve” button, you will be redirected to our ticketing page.
2. Select the date, time slot, no. of pax and the choice of movie to be reserved.
3. Proceed to "Check Out". The ticket should reflect "$0".
4. The ticket and confirmation email will be sent to your email upon successful check out.
5. The Omni-theatre QR code will expire upon successful scanning or after the booking date.

How can I redeem the complimentary parking coupon? 
Complimentary parking coupon is available for selected type of Annual Pass schemes only. To redeem the complimentary parking coupon, the Family Annual Pass scheme entitles you to four (4) complimentary parking coupons, each valid for up to 24 hours of parking. The complimentary parking award will be credited to the member’s portal where the main account holder purchased the Annual Pass(es).

To redeem your complimentary parking coupon, you must visit the Visitor Service Center and approach our friendly staff onsite.

Members must log in to the member’s portal to access the wallet for the complimentary carpark pass for redemption.

How can I use my Annual Pass for Curiosity Shop Merchandise and F&B discount?
To use your Annual Pass for Curiosity Shop Merchandise and F&B discount, simply present your e-membership card for verification at the counter to enjoy the discount before making payment.

How do I book my timeslot for Snow City & Snowscape’s activities?
Annual Pass member(s) are to walk-in to Snow City to present the active digital Annual Pass to the staff and make payment on-site to purchase the discounted ticket.

Can I ask for refund or share with my family and friends on my Annual Pass after purchased? 
Once purchased, the Annual Pass is non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded, or downgraded.

Can I use my Corporate/Family/Associate/KidsSTOP^TM membership to visit the special exhibitions?
Yes, you can use your Corporate, Family, Associate, or KidsSTOP membership for the admission to Science Centre for the special exhibitions. It's advisable to refer to the booking details for any relevant information.
