Singapore Science & Engineering Fair (SSEF) 2005

1. Project Timeline - Done between 1 Jan 2004 to 31 Dec 2004
   

2. Register your project online by 1 December 2004(need not to key in project abstract as yet).
• IMPORTANT NOTE: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS EXTENDED TILL 10 DEC 2004
3. The full instruction for submitting an entry can be found here.
• Note: For Bibliography, list at least 5 major references (e.g., science journal articles, books, internet sites) from your library research.
4. Submit project report (4 copies) by 22 January 2005 to the Singapore Science Centre along with a completed SSEF entry form.
   
   • If you are submitting a team project for SSEF and individually for NSTS, you will need to fill in a SSEF entry form for your team, and a NSTS entry form for yourself.

5. Please complete and submit the following forms
   • Checklist for Adult Sponsor/Safety Assessment Form (Form 1)
   • Research Plan (Form 1A - Individual)
   • Research Plan (Form 1A - Team)
   • Approval Form (Form 1B)
   • Other forms (if applicable) such as
   • Regulated Research Institutional/Industrial Setting Form (Form 1C)
   • Qualified Scientist Form (Form 2)
   • Designated Supervisor Form (Form 3)
   • Human Subjects Form (Form 4)
   • Vertebrate Animal Form (Form 5A)
   • Vertebrate Animal Form (Form 5B)
   • Human and Vertebrate Tissue Form (Form 6)
   • Continuation Projects Form (Form 7) - Required for projects that are a continuation in the same field of study from a previous year(s)' project.

7. Display information -
   
   • 2 mounting boards, each 55 cm wide and 82 cm long (mounted side by side in landscape format, as per the diagram found here).
   
   
   • Only 1 5-amp electrical point provided (on shared basis).
   • Display to include: title of project, method, results, and discussion.
