• Attendance is by invitation only.
• Pre-registration is required and on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Cafés usually start at 7pm and end by 9:30pm.
  • Please bring your membership card with you.
  • Admission charges will normally apply to ALL non-members, and Associate & Institutional members.
  • Please check the details of the Café you wish to attend on the current calendar.
    • Admission to Afternoon Cafés will be decided (and announced) on a case-by-case basis.
• For more information, feedback and/or registration, please
  • e-mail Science in the Café, stating which café and/or date.
  • OR use the on-line form below.
• The organisers reserve the right to reject reservation requests – usually due to overwhelming response.
  • Registration is usually closed 3 (working) days before each café.
    • You are welcome to write in to inquire – even after the closing deadline.
    • We really appreciate your interest. However, due to catering and limited seating, we advise that you do not "walk in".
  • Please register as early as possible because
    • catering and space are important considerations for a conducive learning ambience for everyone.
