South West Clean and Green Carnival

Jointly organised by the National Environment Agency (South West Regional Office) and South West Community Development Council (SWCDC), the South West Clean & Green Singapore Carnival (SWCGS) is a year-long campaign to promote environmental awareness and ownership amongst the community.

The objective of the South West Clean & Green Carnival is to inform and educate the South West community on how to lead a ‘Clean & Green’ lifestyle. In particular, it aims to continue lifting the South West community spirit and encouraging environmental ownership. The South West Clean & Green Carnival will be held at the Science Centre Singapore this year.

Environmazing Race

Jointly organised by the NEA South West Regional Office and Science Centre Singapore as part of the South West Clean & Green Carnival, the Environmazing Race challenge teams to compete and race across the 3 exhibition zones in Science Centre Singapore; (1) ‘Climate Change’ Exhibition, (2) Ecogarden and (3) ‘My Home, My Community’ exhibition. Along the way, teams will be challenged by quizzes, crossword puzzles, word searches, and other challenges which test participants’ knowledge on nature and important environmental issues!

How to join:

Form a team of 4 – 5 members (to include one member of age 21 or above) and sign up on the event day itself.
